I do love using leaves in my jewelry. These small slightly rustic earrings feature copper leaves on silver. They make me think of snowy or frosty ground with fall leaves lying curled and lovely on top. The rectangles are sterling silver. The copper leaves were first stamped, then sawed out, sanded and curved before being soldered to the silver rectangle. They were then antiqued and polished to bring out the stamping on the leaves. The ear wires are sterling silver.
SIZE: These earrings hang about 1 3/8 inches, and are a bit under 1/2 inch wide.
MATERIALS: Sterling silver, copper
